Textbook refund policy

Textbooks must be returned within the add/drop period. The last day to return textbooks is Friday, September 6th. After Friday, September 6th all textbook sales are final.

A bookstore receipt must accompany all returns.

New books must be returned in mint condition. Shrink-wrapped books and bundles must be in the original shrink wrap. Be certain that you are taking the course before removing the shrink wrap!

Refunds are given via the same method as the purchase. i.e. books purchased with cash will be refunded with cash, credit card with credit card refund, kcard purchases will be refunded to the kcard etc.

Defective books can be refunded or exchanged for a non-defective book. Please report defective books immediately upon discovery of the defect.

 
Ebook Purchases and refund policy

Include instructions for Vital Source and Redshelf, link to Vital Source Bookshelf and refund policy for ebooks. I will work on the wording for this. Redshelf and Vital Source are a little different. Buyback

An in store buyback is conducted at the conclusion of each semester during exam week at the Bookstore. Specific hours for buyback will be posted when available. Cash is given for any books sold and prices depend on demand at the time of buyback. You can bring in any books for buyback, do not need to be purchased from the Kenyon bookstore.

 
Faculty Adoption Instructions

Textbook adoptions should be submitted in Verba Collect using your unique instructors link to your courses. If you need a link or have any questions regarding textbook adoptions, please contact Trisha Davidson
